Wedding Styled Shoot (Beach)

This is the second installment of my styled wedding shoot. For this beach theme, we headed down to the water at Portage Lakes State Park. Our model for the beach theme, Gina, was absolutely perfect for sun-soaked portraits! Shooting in harsh lighting can be both difficult and rewarding. It's difficult because it can cause everything to look blown out or certain parts too dark. It can be rewarding because it creates such a moody effect with the correct highlights and shadows. For this part of the shoot, I took special notice of where the light was hitting Gina's body to create the most beautiful contrasts.
